A warm, welcoming home where children are treated with dignity, compassion and respect
Our children's residential care and supported living services provide high-quality, individualised support for children and young people who may have learning disabilities, autism, developmental needs, behavioural needs or other complex support requirements.
Our aim is not simply to provide accommodation and care, but to create an environment where each child can feel safe, develop meaningful relationships, build confidence and achieve their individual potential.
Care is centred around the individual, not the condition. We take time to understand each child as a unique person, including their personality, interests, communication style, preferences, strengths and aspirations.
Our services
Two services, one purpose: safe, nurturing homes where children and young people can feel settled, supported and able to grow.
Children's Residential Care
Structured, consistent and compassionate care in a genuine family-style home. We encourage children to participate in everyday activities, develop life skills, form positive relationships and enjoy opportunities that promote their wellbeing — because children need more than care. They need to play, learn, explore and experience childhood.
Supported Living for Young People
For children and young people who require structured support while developing the skills and confidence needed for greater independence. We provide an environment where young people can learn to make choices, understand responsibilities and develop practical skills at their own pace.
How we support children and young people
Every child is different. Our support is shaped around each child's needs, abilities and the life they are growing into.
Our approach
Four simple steps that keep each child at the centre of everything we do.
Understand
Before a child moves in, we take time to understand their history, personality, communication style, strengths and aspirations.
Plan together
A personalised care and support plan is developed with families and professionals to give staff clear, consistent guidance.
Nurture and support
Consistent, compassionate care helps each child feel safe, build trusting relationships and enjoy childhood.
Review and adapt
Plans are reviewed regularly so support keeps pace as the child develops and their circumstances change.
