This policy explains how The Pavillion Homes Ltd ("Pavillion Homes", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you use this website or contact us. We are committed to handling your information fairly, lawfully and transparently in line with UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What information we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, phone number and email address
- Information you include in enquiry, referral, callback, contact and job application forms
- For professional referrals, limited information about the child being referred, shared by the referring professional
- Basic technical information needed to keep the website secure and working
Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To respond to enquiries and referrals: our legitimate interest in responding to requests about our services, and where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering a care agreement
- To assess whether we can meet a child's needs: legitimate interests, and where special category information such as health information is shared, the provision of health and social care under Article 9(2)(h) UK GDPR
- To process job applications: taking steps at your request before entering a contract
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only where necessary with the professionals involved in a child's care, with our regulators (including Ofsted) where required, and with the trusted service providers who run this website: Supabase (secure form storage), Resend (email delivery) and Cloudflare (website hosting). Each provider processes information on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and referral information is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and then in line with our retention schedule. Unsuccessful job application information is kept for 6 months and then deleted.
Your rights
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete information in certain circumstances
- Object to or ask us to restrict certain processing
- Ask for information you gave us in a portable format
